A special meeting of the OPEB Board of Trustees was held on October 27, 2021 in the offices located at 2910 Garden Street, Titusville, FL.
I. Call to Order
Member Denaro called the meeting to order at 12:59 PM in the offices located at 2910 Garden Street.
II. Determination of a Quorum
There was a quorum of the Board with three members present as follows: Member April Comer, Member Amelia Robinson and Member Joe Denaro.
Others Present: Jenna Ryan, COT Finance Manager and Secretary, Gail Gilchrist.
III. Approval of Minutes
IV. New Business
- Approval of Acentria Invoice.
A motion to approve the Acentrial invoice was made by Member Comer, seconded by Member Robinson, it passed unanimously.
