Any person who decides to appeal any decision of the City Council with respect to any matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

Day of Bryant, Miller, Olive - Attorney Nikki Day of Bryant, Miller, Olive law firm will provide a presentation to Council including a legal review of certain processes and procedures applicable to the conducting of Council meetings including public participation. No action is requested.
D. PFM Financial Advisors, LLC Presentation for End of Fiscal Year 2022 – PFM Financial Advisors will provide the presentation. No action is requested.
E. Police Department Overview of how Technology is Changing the Way Law Enforcement Conducts Business - The Police Department will provide an overview on how technology is changing the way law enforcement conducts business. No action is requested.
