The scheduled meeting of the Titusville Code Enforcement Special Magistrate was called to order at 2:00 pm in the City Hall, Council Chambers, 555 S Washington Avenue, Titusville, FL.

At the May 8, 2023 Special Magistrate hearing Mae Wright, Code Officer, was present and testified on behalf of the City.  Charles Lovings, Attorney representing the respondent, was present and advised Special Magistrate Nutcher in reference to the alleged code violation.

Special Magistrate Nutcher found that the Respondent violated section 16-15 of the City Code, which is an irreparable and irreversible violation. A fine in the amount of $500.00 was imposed. In addition, Respondent shall provide a landscape plan to the City to show how the affected area will be restored. The City’s costs of prosecution were imposed in the amount of $110.92.
