Business Trespass Program and Affidavit

Register for the Titusville Police Department Business Trespass Program by completing a registration and Trespass Affidavit. If you require notary services please call us at 321-567-3770 and we can make an appointment to notarize your affidavit. 

After the registration packet is completed an on-site visit will be scheduled and the  decal will be installed. Decals are provided by the Titusville Police Department at no cost to Business Trespass Program participants. 

You will be contacted at the end of each year to renew your Business Trespass Registration. An updated decal will be provided upon renewal of your registration.
