Interested Persons Sought to Serve on North Brevard Library District Board


North Brevard Library District Board

The City Council of the City of Titusville is looking for interested persons to serve on the North Brevard Library District Board to which the City of Titusville will appoint two members.  


The Board is charged with the responsibility of operating the City and County Libraries within the North Brevard District.  It is a seven member board with five members representing the City (appointed by City Council) and two members representing the remainder of North Brevard (appointed by the County Commissioner). The Board meets six times a year in January, March, May, August, October, and November on the third Thursday of the month at 7 p.m. except for the October meeting.  It must be held on or before October 10 of each year (which is decided at the August meeting).  The meeting is held at the North Brevard Library located at 2121 South Hopkins Avenue, Titusville.


Written applications are to be submitted to the Titusville City Clerk's Office, Titusville City Hall, 555 South Washington Avenue or mailed to P.O.
