Qualifications:
The City reserves the right before awarding the Contract to require a Bidder to submit such evidence of its qualifications as it may deem necessary to properly evaluate the bid and may consider any evidence of the financial, technical, and other qualifications and abilities of a Bidder. Bidder’s Superintendent shall have, as a minimum, five (5) years of related construction experience, speak English fluently and shall be on-site at all times work is being performed by the Contractor or Subcontractors. The Bidder shall be able to demonstrate that they have satisfactorily completed at minimum 3 related demolition projects to include at minimum two (2) Elevated Water Storage Tank Demolition projects. Additionally, the City reserves the right to award the contract to a Bidder that can demonstrate that it is qualified and capable to undertake the Work, as determined only by the City, provided that it submits the lowest bid in compliance with the requirements contained in the bid documents, and that it is in the City’s best interest to accept said bid
