Qualifications:
To be eligible to qualify as a Contractor for this service, the following minimum requirements must be met (please detail/show in references): The prime contractor and subcontractor shall be a licensed Contractor in the State of Florida and/or registered to conduct business in the State of Florida in all required disciplines with all licenses, permits, and certificates. The Contractor shall provide project references which will provide evidence of adequate project experience, quality workmanship, and adherence to project schedules. Such projects may be subject to inspection by City of Titusville personnel in the Central Florida area (if permitted). Such project references should be indicated within submittal.
