Our Professional Standards Division oversees our Recruitment, Hiring, Training, and Accreditation. Our commitment to hiring the "best of the best" takes hard work and dedication. We have several department members who assist in training at the local police academies and we place a high value on applicants who are from the Titusville community.
We are particularly proud that the Titusville Police Department is an accredited agency through the State of Florida. Our community can be proud of this distinction that helps assure that our law enforcement agency is using best practices and is scrutinized by outside assessment teams.
