A local woman was killed in a fiery traffic crash at approximately 2:30 AM on Saturday, January 22, 2022, on the 100 block of Park Lane.
The preliminary investigation revealed the sole occupant, Linda Marie Brown, 49, of Titusville was driving a 2018 Chevrolet Corvette, traveling east on Park Lane, lost control of her vehicle and struck a tree on the westside of the roadway. The vehicle was engulfed in flames after impact.
No other vehicles were involved.
The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
This traffic crash remains under investigation by the Titusville Police Department and further details will be released upon its conclusion.
