Titusville Police Department Posted on February 09, 2025

Titusville Police officers quickly apprehended three suspects, two of them juveniles, after they stole a large amount of cash, paychecks, and W2’s from behind the counter at the Gold Lion Bar located at 4580 Coquina St.

At approximately 12:50 p.m. on Wednesday January 30, 2025, Officers responded to the Gold Lion bar after several 911 calls reporting the incident. After jumping the counter and stealing money bags from the business, the three suspects fled in a Gold colored sedan.

Several witnesses provided descriptions of both the suspects and their vehicle. Within minutes, officers spotted the suspect’s vehicle turning northbound on Deleon Ave, eventually stopping at 1060 Pine Valley Ln. The suspects were detained and positively identified by witnesses.

The residence was secured, and a search warrant was obtained. Officers were able to recover all the items stolen from the bar to include a large amount of cash, employee paychecks, and W2’s; also recovered was a firearm and ammunition.

ARRESTED:

  • PABLO S. DOTTS (pictured), 20, of Titusville, booked into Brevard County Jail: Burglary, Grand Theft, Conspire to Commit Burglary, and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.

  • Two Juveniles, a 13-year-old male and a 14-year-old female, both of Titusville, were charged with Grand Theft and Burglary.

Detective Christopher Wood credited alert witnesses and teamwork by the responding officers for the quick arrest of these suspects. “Recovering the paychecks and the personal tax info on the employees prevented any possible identity theft issues down the road”, said Detective Wood.
