Titusville Police have arrested a local massage therapist after multiple victims came forward.
Thomas Grasso, 57, of Port St John, was charged with: 2 counts of Sexual Battery, 2 counts of Battery, 2 Counts of Lewd or Lascivious Molestation of an Elderly Person and 1 count of Aggravated Battery on a Pregnant Woman.
Titusville Police responded to a victim’s initial report of a battery on October 8, 2020, and as a result of the investigation, the suspect was ordered to make an appearance to face the allegation in a Brevard County Court Room.
During the preliminary battery investigation, detectives found evidence the suspect committed crimes against 18 more victims while he was performing massage services.
Grasso was taken into custody by police without incident during a traffic stop on Thursday, December 3, 2020, at approximately 8:30 AM.
Grasso was booked in to the Brevard County Jail.
Additional charges for Thomas Grasso are being sent to the State Attorney’s Office with request for Capias: 43 counts of Battery and 14 counts of Exposure of Sex Organs.
This remains an ongoing investigation by the Titusville Police Department.
