In response to the on-going economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, the City has opened the next phase of its COVID program. This phase is aimed at homeowners and renters who have experience an economic disruption during any COVID pandemic event between January 2020 to present and reside in a predetermined low-moderate income neighborhood, and who has not received prior assistance.

The program provides financial assistance to eligible homeowners and renters with direct payments made to their mortgage lender, landlord, or utility provider.  Please note that City utility bills are not eligible.
