Titusville Police are investigating the shooting of a local man at approximately 2:30 AM on Wednesday, September 29, 2021.
Officers responded to the sound and 911 reports of shots fired in the area of Bryan Avenue.
Officers located an adult male with apparent gunshot wounds lying in the doorway of a residence near the intersection of LaGrange Road and Minnie Street, which was close to the area noted in the initial reports.
Two separate crime scenes were secured by police, and the victim was transported to local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Preliminary evidence has revealed this incident was not random.
