At approximately 7:20 PM on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, Titusville Police Officers responded to a report of a traffic crash with injuries involving a vehicle and pedestrian near the 600 block of North Washington Avenue.
The preliminary investigation revealed the adult male victim was struck when he stepped into the roadway by a 2015 Ram Truck, traveling northbound on North Washington Avenue driven by John B. Schaefer 69, of Mims.
The victim, Gregory Earl Keck, 60, of Titusville, was pronounced deceased at the scene
There were no other injuries.
This crash remains under investigation and further details will be released upon its conclusion.
