Application for Consideration of Environmental Site Assessment
The City of Titusville’s Brownfields Assessment Program provides funds for eligible brownfield activities within the city limits with a focus on the downtown core and target area. Properties will be selected for funding when the intended redevelopment creates a positive economic impact for the community, supports the City’s goals, and meets the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) funding requirements. Funds can be used for environmental site assessments (Phase I ESA & Phase II ESA) and cleanup-planning activities when necessary. As a part of this program, the City is entitled to directly fund environmental site assessments that support redevelopment efforts. If you are interested in having your site assessed for environmental hazards, please complete an application for consideration to request funds through the City of Titusville’s Brownfield Program.
