Ad Valorem Tax Abatement

The City of Titusville offers an Ad Valorem Tax Abatement program for new and expanding businesses within the City. An ad valorem tax abatement is the reduction of or exemption from taxes granted by a government for a specified period, usually to encourage certain activities such as job creation and/or investment in capital.

Brownfields Redevelopment Program

In , the City of Titusville was awarded a $300,000 Brownfields Assessment Grant through the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to fund Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments on properties with perceived or real contamination as well as reuse planning.

Beautification Grant Program

The Community Redevelopment Agencies in the City of Titusville sponsor a Commercial Façade Program to benefit property owners in the respective redevelopment areas.

Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Commercial Interior Building Renovation Incentive Grant Program

The Titusville Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) has created a Commercial Interior Renovation Incentive Grant Program to assist in the renovation of the interiors of older and historic commercial and mixed-use buildings in the downtown CRA district.
