The City will conduct a public hearing, through a special City Council meeting on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 5:30pm at City Hall, 2nd Floor Council Chambers, 555 S. Washington Avenue, Titusville, FL, for the following purposes:
- Receive comments from citizens on the draft CDBG annual report for program year 2024-2025
- Receive citizen views on housing and non-housing community development needs for program year 2026-2027
- Receive citizen views on proposed activities for program year 2026-2027, and
- Strategies and actions for affirmatively furthering fair housing
Copies of the draft CAPER is available for review in person at the Neighborhood Services Department located at the Harry T. Moore Social Service Center, 725 S. DeLeon Avenue, Titusville, FL, as well as City Hall, 555 S. Washington Avenue, Titusville, FL. Additionally, an electronic version of the draft report is available on the Neighborhood Services Department webpage at https://titusville.com/1416/PROGRAM-PLANS-PERFORMANCE-REPORTS or a copy may be requested by email to neighborhoodservices@titusville.com
The public comment period begins December 2, 2025 and runs through December 16, 2025.
