Massing & Siting
- Setbacks can be deeper to allow front and side lawns.
- Pedestrian access to the street must be maintained from front entry.
- Mainly 1 to 2 story single-family buildings with some 3 story buildings.

- Wood Siding
- Fiber Cement Siding (Hardie Plank)
- Stucco (not EIFS)
- Stone
- Roofing materials include but are not limited to:
