The Neighborhood Services Department has opened the next phase of the City's COVID assistance program for homeowners in Titusville.
This phase is aimed at homeowners who experienced an economic disruption during any COVID19 pandemic event between January 2020 to present, which impacted the homeowners ability to pay mortgage and utilities. 1/9/2026 - RENTERS CAN NOW APPLY
The program offers short-term financial assistance for eligible residents who reside in a predetermined low-moderate income neighborhood as defined by HUD. See map on the left.

Funds are limited. All applications are processed on a first-qualified, first-served basis.
The program is expected to be funded through October 2026, or until funds are exhausted.
