Annually, the Neighborhood Services Department issues a Request for Proposal seeking applications from non-profit agencies/organizations to assist the department in managing and expending Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to provide various public services activities to residents of Titusville.  This process typically starts in September of each year with the the issuance of the RFP and runs through April with the submittal of the City's Annual Action Plan to HUD.  Funds allocated under the CDBG program are available between October 1st and September 15th of each year.  A Technical Workshop is held each year during the application cycle to provide guidance and instructions on submitting an RFP to the Department.  All funding provided through this RFP process is reviewed and approved by City Council for the upcoming fiscal year.
